Kathleen DeMayo

Director, Analytics Resources

Kathleen is charged with managing and developing the firm’s client delivery team, which provides analytics to our base of Fortune 500 clients. Prior to that, she served as senior analyst of risk management at Fidelity Investments in Boston, examining and assessing counter-party and investment exposure. Kathleen was a Vice President at JP Morgan in New York, where she worked in the proprietary position group and provided hedge insight to the bank’s trading group. Kathleen earned a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA from Fordham University.

Rob Rapp

Manager, Salesforce Operations

Rob joined the Analytics Team in 2019 and is tasked with continual improvement of the company’s Salesforce production. His job involves collecting data from ClearEdge salespeople and analysts and using Salesforce to aggregate and optimize the data so the staff can easily use it. He is also instrumental to the creation and support of the company’s new Client Portal. Rob previously worked at a medical malpractice insurer named Coverys where he helped implement Salesforce. He is a Northeastern University graduate with a dual concentration in Finance and Management, and a minor in Economics. He enjoys exploring new breweries and working out.
