“Application Virtualization (such as Citrix) can be the smoking gun in a software audit. As an auditor, when you find that misstep in Citrix your heart starts racing and you know you’ve hit your quota. I remember as an auditor, we used to do internet searches for Citrix case studies, whitepapers, and marketing material--looking for the mention of company names who were using Citrix. That’s how we selected who to audit. Not exactly rocket science, but very profitable.”
In this webinar, former software auditor Tres Larsen goes over the challenge of Application Virtualization and how many organizations get caught off guard in an audit.
