He previously worked at Warner Music Group in Boston, with responsibility for marketing, promotions, and analysis of musical artists and concerts. He also served at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he assisted the marketing team on its sponsorship of the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Francis graduated with high honors from Bentley University, where he focused on Marketing and Mathematical Sciences.
